This is an activation day for your most ambitious goal.
We work in person, in Zürich, away from your desk and everyone who needs something from you. 

We combine strategy, mindset and energetic alignment because you will be fully present on this day!

One day of complete focus produces what normally takes weeks. 
This intensive day is for you if you have a goal you are serious about. 

This day gives it your full attention and mine. Here is what we work on You bring the topic: 
  • A goal you want to achieve, or a challenge area getting in the way 
  • A goal you have set and not yet reached 
  • A complex situation outside your control, with several people involved 
  • A problem that keeps repeating itself and you want to know why 
  • An uncertain situation to navigate, a difficult conversation to lead, or a proposal to create

 

You are ready and you want to act now. 

This intensive day is perfect for you!

Here is how we work

Before the day we meet for a short alignment call on Zoom, where we define a goal and a challenge we can realistically explore in one day. 


You receive access to the Enneagram assessment and the VIA character strengths survey. 


We can look at them during the day and they often support the conversation, but only if they resonate with you.  


We meet at the location (You will be informed in detail) in Zürich, around 9:00 to 16:00, one to one. 


We have lunch at a vegetarian restaurant and continue the coaching conversation. 

We finish around 16:00, with a clear plan for your next five weeks. 


Two online follow-up Zoom sessions during those five weeks keep you accountable, booked at times that suit you. 


You will have direct access to me by email or voice message for the full five weeks.

✘ Your travel to Zürich is not included. The location is central and easy to reach from the main station, confirmed after booking.

    FAQ: 


    What happens after I book? 

    You receive the assessment links and a calendar link for the alignment call within 24 hours. 


    What if I cannot make it to October 2nd? 

    This page shows my next available date. Email me and we can look into next possible dates in Zürich or Basel 


    What is your cancellation and refund policy? 

    The fee reserves a fixed date held exclusively for one client. 

    Once booked, that date is not offered to anyone else. 

    A refund is possible only where the coaching day has not yet taken place, and is reduced by the value of any services already delivered. 

    After the day has taken place, no refund is possible. In a documented case of force majeure preventing attendance, one alternative date may be offered at my discretion, subject to availability. 

    I will support you to reschedule, or we can consider two additional online meetings instead.
